आईपीआरडी कार्यालय में 24×7 काम कर रहे कर्मियों को 3 माह से वेतन नहीं

रांची : झारखंड सरकार की यह कैसी दोहरी नीति है? एक तरफ अन्य राज्यों से आ रहे प्रवासी मजदूरों को शत प्रतिशत रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने की बात राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री (Chief Minister) कर रहे हैं। वहीं दूसरी ओर सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क कार्यालय में आउटसोर्सिंग के तहत काम कर रहे कर्मियों का 3 से 4 माह बीत जाने के बाद भी मानदेय का भुगतान नहीं किया गया है।

Working without wages
In this pandemic we are working 24×7 with dedication and from last 3 months we haven’t received our salary.
Expecting IPRD Department will resolve our problem.Payment of salary on time is the best encouragement and motivation to continue our duties.

झारखंड में कोरोना के बढ़ते केस के बीच कोरोना योद्धा (Corona Warriors) के साथ ही भेदभाव किया जा रहा है। एक तरफ जहां डॉक्टरों व अन्य स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को सम्मानित किया जा रहा है। वहीं दूसरी ओर जनसंपर्क कार्यालय में 24×7 काम कर रहे कर्मियों को उनकी मेहनत का भी पैसा नहीं दिया जा रहा।

विश्वासी सूत्रों के मुताबिक जन सम्पर्क में काम कर रहे कर्मियों को अब तक रिन्युअल भी नहीं किया गया और उनसे काम लिया जा रहा है। आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मियों ने अपनी समस्याओं को लेकर सभी अधिकारियों से बात कर अपनी समस्याओं से अवगत कराया। अफ़सोस, किसी भी पदाधिकारी को इनके समस्याओं से कोई मतलब नहीं। इस कोरोना महामारी में ये कर्मी अपनी जिम्मेदारी को समझते हुए काम कर रहे हैं। मगर 4 माह बीत जाने के बाद भी उन्हें मानदेय का भुगतान नहीं किया गया है। वेतन नहीं मिलने से उनके सामने आर्थिक तंगी का स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई है।

बता दें कि इससे पहले भी वेतन को लेकर आउटसोर्सिंग के कर्मचारी कई बार अपनी समस्याओं को रख चुके हैं। कर्मियों ने बताया कि कई बार आश्वासन मिलने के बाद भी वेतन नहीं मिल पाता है। अब कर्मियों का कहना है कि वेतन नहीं मिलने से उनका कई काम नहीं हो पा रहा है। इन सभी बातों को उन्होंने अब ट्विटर के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन तक पहुँचाने की कोशिश की है।

प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर धर्मेन्द्र सिंह ने बड़े कड़े आवाज़ में कहा कि मैं क्यों दूँ एक पत्रकार को बयान? आगे उन्होंने नरमी के साथ व्यंग्य के लहज़े में कहा, मैडम मैं भी तो कंपनी का एक कर्मी ही हूँ, बोलिये क्या करूँ, मुझे भी 3 माह से वेतन नहीं मिला है? आपको एचआर से बात करनी चाहिए।
